The Letterman/Palin Feud Continues
After David Letterman made "desperate jokes" in regards to Sarah Palin's teenage daughters last week, the feud between the late night comedian and the Alaska Governor is mounting. With the mission statement "David Letterman Must Be Held Accountable for His Disgraceful Statements," a new advocacy website titled 'FireDavidLetterman.com' hopes to rally support to punish the 62-year old comedian. As to be expected, this feud has become an Internet sensation. Do you think Letterman should be fired?
If you agree that Letterman's statements regarding the Palin family were atrocious, you can join the online "fire Letterman campaign." Tomorrow, a CBS/Letterman protest rally will be held at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York. If, on the other hand, you don't feel the Palin family should be exempt from scrutiny, and that perhaps these statements are being overanalyzed... now is perfect time to indulge in some great late night comedy on CBS! Support David Letterman by tuning in, and boosting the Late Show's ratings.
