Clear Channel Becomes Hughes Reseller
Today, the leading international provider of broadband satellite solutions, HughesNet, revealed an agreement with Clear Channel Satellite. Under this contract, Clear Channel will become an official reseller of HughesNet broadband services in American markets. Clear channel is an industry leader in delivering satellite communications for TV stations, radio networks, and commercial applications including digital signage, data communications, video, and VoIP.
Clear Channel will use HughesNet’s broadband service to improve digital billboard connectivity and out-of-home advertisements, such as digital signage. Clear Channel will also use the nationwide broadband service to extend its distance-learning services.

VPNs, private mesh networks, high-speed Internet access, and broadband backup are among the HughesNet services that Clear Channel will be able to access. Clear Channel, as an official HughesNet reseller, can provide highly customizable business solutions to meet the specific needs of each individual client.
